WHERE IS THE STORE BASED?
Our products our sourced through various suppliers around the world, and allows us to offer such amazing deals to our wonderful customers! Unfortunately that comes with long shipping times, we ask you to be patient, your purchase will arrive and we have no doubt it will be worth the wait!

WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM?
We ship from our partnered factories located in Asia and other regions. So, please expect your items to be shipped separately, as different factories specialize in different areas of manufacturing. Our shop's currency is in USD.

WHAT SIZES ARE AVAILABLE FOR YOUR CLOTHING?
We offer different sizes for different clothing. Please keep in mind all our clothing are based in Asia, so expect them to be smaller than Europe/US! If unsure between sizes, go to the next size up.

WHAT IS THIS STORE'S RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY?
Strictly no returns or exchanges unless there are defect(s) in the product(s) and the attention is brought to us no later than a week! So make sure you are ordering the correct item, size, and color. Make sure to read the measurements in products that apply. If there are none, email us!

DO YOU ACCEPT ORDERS PLACED OUTSIDE OF THE US?
Not at the moment, but we are looking into it.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Order processing time takes 1-7 business days before shipment. Deliveries can take up to 1 week to 2 months(if item gets hung up at customs). It depends what you purchased. Typical shipping times are around 3 weeks. If you don't have your package by week 4 feel free to email us. You can 'CONTACT US' by email styliere@gmail.com for specific shipping times and a tracking number when available.

MY ORDER HAS NOT ARRIVED YET? WHY?
While some parcels can arrive early, some others may experience shipping delays, or you may live in a more isolated region from where we produce (Asia) and other Countires. If it does not arrive by 8 weeks upon ordering, we will gladly reship your order or offer a refund! :) 

I HAVE RECEIVED ONLY PART OF MY SHIPMENT, WHERE ARE THE OTHER ITEMS?
We ship from different parts of Asia and around the world so some items might arrive earlier than others. If you'd like to know the status of your other items, please email us with your name and order number.

WHAT ABOUT POSSIBLE CUSTOM FEES?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

WILL THIS ITEM GET TO ME BEFORE _________?
If you plan to give one of our items as a holiday gift, we do not recommend buying the items during the month when the holiday is happening. There is a risk of the item not arriving there on time. We are not held responsible for items that do not arrive before specified dates.

CAN I CANCEL/CHANGE MY ADDRESS/ORDER?
Please email us as soon as possible if you wish to change or cancel your order. You are able to make changes within 1 hour of making your order. Note that once the item has been fulfilled and marked as shipped, we are not able to make any changes or cancellations to your order.
